👋🏼 Muslim Hub Weekly

Salam friends,
Welcome to the holiest days of the year! We’ve welcomed the month of Dhul Hijjah and Eid is around the corner. With that said it’s important to make the most of this week, and we’ve got you covered!
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “No good deeds are better than what is done in these first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah”

Almost every scholar prescribes a set of actions during this sacred month; increasing your adhkar, reciting the Qur’an, & fasting (a Sunnah for the first 9 days) to name a few.
I’ve selected some resources from Muslim Hub to make the best use of your time this month, so even when you are on your phone you’re not just doomscrolling social media.

A Guide to Hajj 🕋
As we all know, Dhul Hijjah is the month of Hajj & that’s why I want to highlight two exceptional products designed to facilitate the experience of pilgrimage.
Pilgrim is your one-stop-shop to answer all your questions regarding Hajj & Umrah.
Their outstanding Hajj Guide offers a step-by-step walkthrough of each day, while detailing the significance of each location to enrich your appreciation of these sacred sites.
Their guides are also easily accessible through short videos, and all of their content is vetted by scholars for accuracy.

One of their coolest features is “PilgrimAI”, an AI chatbot that sifts through their guides to offer tailored responses to inquiries in a conversational manner.

If you know someone going on Hajj, chances are they’re fielding du’a requests left & right. There has to be a better way to do this than WhatsApp right?
Pilgrim also created My Dua List, the easiest way to collect du’a requests.
If you know someone who is embarking on Hajj this week, perhaps sharing these two resources with them will be of some help to them, إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ.
Muslim Tech Fest 🎉

Last week’s Muslim Tech Fest in the UK was a huge success, and a testament to just how much the Muslim startup community has grown. And in-person events like this are crucial to make it continue to grow.
If you missed out & experienced some serious FOMO like me, then don’t worry as there will be another one happening in San Francisco this September!
Stay tuned to this newsletter as we’ll dish out the deets as soon as they’re finalized!
